About

Jemada Investments Limited was originally formed in 1999 to develop and manage commercial property in London and the South East of England. During the last sixteen years the company expanded its operations and has managed several developments in various parts of England. Today it is focused on converting former office buildings in town centres into high quality residential apartments.

The company's two directors, Jeffrey Scholar MRICS and David Colom FCA, employ a highly professional team of experienced property construction experts to ensure that the finished apartments will be of the best quality with state of the art features that will compare favourably with similar developments in the towns where we develop. Our building philosophy is that we provide homes that we would wish to live in ourselves and which will enhance our reputation for quality, attention to detail and customer service.
